              *  Secondary Education Calendar                                  

              *  High School meetings are held at 4:00 p.m.

              *  Middle School meetings are held at  4:45 p.m.

    Report Dates:  Destiny Textbook STATUS Reports are in August, January and May.     

              *  Secondary Education  Calendar

      Manual and Guidelines (and hints to locate Status Report)

Forms

    Textbook Request Form Complete this form and fax to Secondary Education.   

    Distribution Verification Form - Textbooks for All Students

             * High Schools must also submit January Verification Forms for all 2nd semester courses

    Destiny Report Cover Page - Printed copies of the Destiny Status Report are not needed

    Binding of Textbooks, Guidelines and Costs  

              * Information is emailed to Textbook Managers by May.

              * Schools are responsible for securing funds for on-site needs.                 

    Discarding Textbooks:  MCSD Fixed Assets Transfer Authorization (FAT) form

    * FAT forms are NOT needed for Budgetext.

    * Do NOT discard textbooks.

    * AFTER new adoptions books arrive, box previous adoptions for Budgetext removal.
